Motorola's Achievement in Memory Characterization by Legend Design's tools

Sunnyvale, Calif., June 5, 2002 - Motorola has adopted the Legend Design Technology automated layout-based memory characterization flow. Motorola's success with the tools has resulted in unprecedented gains in productivity and fabrication yield (.13um and below). Legend's focus on efficiency and accuracy has consistently exceeded Motorola's expectations for EDA memory characterization tools.
